Saint John Baptist Church is committed to the Great Commission as stated by Jesus in Matthew 28:19, 20 'Go Ye Therefore And Teach All Nations, Baptizing Them I The Name Of The Father, And The Son, And The Holy Ghost: Teaching Them To Observe All Things Whatsoever I Have Commanded You: And Lo I AM With You Always, Even To The End Of The World. Amen."

In keeping with that "Great Commission", the Congregation of Saint John, a Missionary Baptist Church, is committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, leading souls to salvation, growing in grace through the study of God's Word - The Holy Bible and submission to the guiding influence of the Holy Spirit to love, and care for all people of God's creation.
